Newcomer families meet Ontario’s Minister of Labour
Newly arrived Ukrainian families met Minister Monte McNaughton and members of the provincial parliament to talk about health care, education and work.
We held a very productive meeting with newly arrived Ukrainian families, Ontario’s Minister of Labour Monte McNaughton, and MPPs Natalia Kusendova, Rudy Cuzzetto, Kaleed Rasheed and Sheref Sabawy.
We talked about the hardships families faced as they escaped Russia’s brutal aggression, and about how Ontario supports them with health care, education and access to the job market.
